Shipping policy
Before you file a dispute — please read
If anything about your order is wrong, late, or unclear, contact us first at support@balerro.com. We resolve almost every issue quickly, including replacements and refunds where they apply.
Please be aware that opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank automatically places your order on hold and cancels our ability to release or re-ship it while the dispute is open. If you would rather have a refund, you do not need to involve your bank — just email us and we will process eligible refunds directly and far faster than a dispute can.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak periods (for example, the weeks around major holidays), please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch.

We ship from multiple fulfilment locations across North America, Europe and East Asia. Your order is routed from whichever location can fulfil it fastest based on your destination and current stock. Because of this, items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately at no extra cost to you.
All delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude any delays caused by customs clearance, carrier backlogs, weather, or other events outside our control. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details. If you haven't received tracking after the processing window above, contact support@balerro.com and we'll look into it right away.
